There are 3 types of users you can add to your account, Site Admin; Power Admin; and Read-Only. To manage your digital content with clients, you could simply add them as Read-Only users. This would mean that your clients would only have permission to download your digital files, and would not have permissions to upload.
However if you wish to share you digital content files with family and friends, you may wish to provide them with Power Admin permissions. This would allow your family or friends to create new folders and upload new digital content files to your file management system on the Media Lightbox site.
As a digital content publisher you may wish to remain as the only Site Admin user on your account. This will allow you to securely manage your digital content files, without the other users of the site being aware.
