Quick Send Project Management Tool for Programmers
How can programmers successfully utilize the Media Lightbox project management tool?
As soon as programmers log into their Media Lightbox site they will be presented with the quick send project management tool. When programmers click on browse button a new window will open. Simply click on the upload option and your local file directory will open, where programmers can select the files that they need to send to their manager, colleagues or clients.
Please note: the maximum file size programmers can upload via the in-browser uploader is 100MB.
Project Management Tool: Sending Programming Files
Your programming files will be added to the upload queue and when they have successfully uploaded, the project management tool will display a success message. Your programming files will be displayed in the ‘Uploaded:’ section. If you have uploaded the incorrect files simply click on the red ’X’ beside the file name to remove the file from the email.
Now enter a message to inform your contacts what programming files you have attached in the email. Finally before you can send your programming files via the project management tool, you must select the contacts you wish to send the documents to.
Just click on the ‘To...’ button and select your contacts from the contacts list. Alternatively you can type your contacts email address in the ‘To...’ field, inserting a semi-colon (;) to separate their email addresses.
The Media Lightbox quick send project management tool will also store the programming files you send to your colleagues and clients in the quick send folder. Therefore programmers can manage these files by moving them to another folder if required.
