Once web developers upload their large image files they can mark them as confidential images. In order to achieve this, simply  select the images they wish to mark by selecting their checkbox.

Next select the ‘Watermark’ project management tool from the action menu and the images you selected will be marked as confidential, with your site name branded across the image.

The watermark will read: ‘yourSiteName.medialightbox.com’.

Web developers can now email their clients the files they have watermarked by selecting their checkbox, then choosing the ‘Request Approval’ project management tool from the action menu.

A new window will be displayed where web developers can select the date the file needs to be approved, enter a message and finally select the clients you need to receive approval from.
