How to Transfer Big Files from a Folder to a Lightbox
After registering, simply create a folder and upload your important files to commence secure file transfer within your Media Lightbox account, and then begin sending!
To transfer a large file or a group of files, simply highlight the files you wish to transfer and then choose the ‘Add to Lightbox’ option from the actions menu. A new window will appear and you will have 2 options to transfer large files.
The first option will be to create a new Lightbox, and the second option is to select an existing Lightbox from the drop down list.
If you enter a new Lightbox name, you will need to click the ‘Add files to Lightbox’ button to transfer big files. However if you select an existing Lightbox, a new window will appear displaying a message stating that the large file transfer has successfully occurred.

How to Transfer Big Files between Folders
If you need to transfer or categorize your own files, and move them from one folder to another, it can be easily achieved in our secure file transfer system. To transfer big files simply highlight the files you would like to transfer, and select ‘Move’ from the actions menu.
A new window will appear, and display a list of all folders created with your Media Lightbox account. Secure file transfer can occur by selecting the new folder in which you would like to store your files. Once you have selected a folder, click on the button that appears ‘Move Files’. By selecting this button it will facilitate the managed file transfer.
