How to Send Large Files
Wave goodbye to troublesome email attachments, you can now send large files with the greatest of ease – sign up for your account, upload the large files you want to send and then you’re ready to go.
Our system has two file send features which means you can choose to send big files individually or as a group of files. Additionally, you can send large files as a direct link or as a “Lightbox” to the recipient and they can download the file accordingly.
To send a file of any size, simply highlight the files that you would like to send, hover over the action menu, then select the 'Send' option.
A new window will appear, and display the files you selected in the attachment section. Select the individuals you want to send the files to, by clicking either the ‘Contacts’ or ‘Groups’ buttons. You can also type your contacts email address into the ‘To’ field, and if their email address is in your contacts list, they will automatically be displayed for you to select.
You will be required to add a Subject to the email. There is an option to add a message to your email before sending your large files. When you are ready to send your link, click the Send Email button. This will send the big files to all of the individuals you selected.
However, if the email address that you entered in the ‘To’ field is not in your contact list, a new window will appear once you click the Send button. You will need to add the individual’s first name and surname, and then click on the Send button. The individual will now be added to your contact list, and the large files will be sent to their address.

What is a Lightbox? – How Do I Send Large Files in a Lightbox?
A Lightbox is a temporary folder that allows you to place files from various folders into a custom Lightbox. Lightboxes are a great way of sharing files with friends, family and colleagues. To send a Lightbox select Send Lightbox from the actions menu. A new window will open with all of the files contained within the Lightbox displayed in the attachment section. Select the individuals you want to send the large files to, by clicking on the ‘Contacts’ or ‘Groups’ buttons, or by typing the individuals email address into the ‘To’ field. When you are ready to send large files simply click on the ‘Send Email’ button.
