Keywords can be added to any file to make it easier to find in the future via the internal Media Lightbox 'Search' box. To add a keyword to a recently uploaded file, simply, select the file you want to add keywords to, click the Keywords link, enter the keywords you wish to add and click on Add Keywords as shown below:
