To preview a file simply double-click on it. The File Preview page has various options available, including: 

•          Move the file to a different Folder or Lightbox
•          Download the file
•          Email the link to a contact
•          Request Approval for the file
•          Mark as Restricted
•          Mark as Copyrighted
•          Add a comment / keyword
•          Delete the file
